Flynn Restaurant Group acquires 34 Panera Bread Bakery-Cafe locations

Pan American Group LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Flynn Restaurant Group LP, has acquired 34 Panera Bread Bakery-Cafe locations in Kansas and Missouri from Wichita-based Original Bread Inc.
